Coats & Boots for Kids of Weld County

We are excited to announce the launch of our new initiative, Coats & Boots for Kids of Weld County, aimed at providing vital winter apparel to children in need within our community. As the cold, snowy Colorado winter approaches, our goal is to ensure that no child is left without the proper gear necessary to stay warm, comfortable, and safe during these chilly months. We believe that every child deserves access to adequate clothing to help them thrive, even in the harshest winter conditions.

What We’re Doing

Starting today, September 17, 2024, we are proudly raising funds to supply much-needed coats, warm boots, and cozy socks to children attending Centennial Elementary and Jackson Elementary schools. Our goal is to outfit, for now, a total of 400 children with essential winter apparel by the time the cold sets in and temperatures begin to drop. We believe that every child deserves the warmth and comfort that adequate clothing provides during the chilly months ahead.

Our Goal

Our overall fundraising goal is to raise a minimum of $45,000 by January 2025, which will allow us to place orders for essential items for the children before the winter season fully sets in. Every single dollar contributed counts toward helping us meet this important deadline and ensuring that kids in our community have access to warm clothing and necessary supplies during the colder months ahead.

How YOU can help

A $40 donation will outfit one child with a coat, boots, and socks, providing warmth and protection against Colorado’s winter conditions. When you donate, you will have the option to specify which school—Centennial Elementary or Jackson Elementary—your contribution will support, or you can choose to make a general donation that will be distributed where it's needed most.

How to Donate

Donations to The Jireh Project can be made conveniently through our website. We also gladly accept checks sent by mail. For any additional details or inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us at info@jirehproject.net.
